Our Ministries

Our Ministries are broad and cover the spiritual needs of the people in our church and community. Please go through the detailed list below to understand more of how our ministries or communities function.

The role of men includes provision of loving leadership within the family. God says that the husband is the head of the family (the one who bears the primary responsibility for the state of the family). This responsibility comes with authority to fulfill God’s directive.

The KAC men’s committee provides an environment that will enable men to fulfill their responsibility in the church and at home, therefore doing God’s will.  The function of the Men’s committee is to plan, analyse, implement and evaluate all the activities of the Men in Action, group, which are the membership of men in the local church.

As the Kwaluseni Alliance Church we believe in God the Father Almighty, Creator of all things visible and invisible, our only Saviour. The KAC women enthusiasm and their involvement in the church activities has resulted in a significant increase in productivity and profitability.

The women ministry committee is responsible for the overall coordination of activities for the women ministry in the church. This include planning and organizing services for the morning service for the women group as well as ensuring that the plan is implemented. Our vision as Kwaluseni Alliance Church is: To propel God’s people to Abundant Living and Christ-likeness throughout the world. The marriage counseling ministry aims to encourage healthy relationships in the communities, country and the world. The purpose of this ministry is to help couples who plan to get married (Premarital counseling), couples seeking marriage counseling to improve a troubled relationship, or single/divorced parents seeking the best way to raise kids alone and healing.

The importance of Marriage

A family is at the centre of God’s plan for the happiness, well being and progress of His children. The Word of God teaches us that God established families from the very beginning, starting with the  marriage of Adam and Eve (Genesis 2:18). Jesus Christ also taught that marriage is holy and essential to God’s plan (Mark 10:6-9).

Marriage is much more than a social arrangement, a physical and emotional pairing, or a financial partnership. It is a learning and growing experience meant to help in still in our lives character lessons and spiritual truths that would be difficult to learn any other way. Through marriage we learn this lessons through experience, a much deeper level.

  • Marriage teaches us to love. 1 John 4:16 teaches to emulate God’s defining characteristic which is to love each other.
  • Marriage teaches commitment. Jesus Christ showed emptied His glory, might and splendour He shared with God the Father and came to earth in flesh, and gave His life and assuring us He will never leave nor forsake us (Philippians 2:5-8, Hebrews 7:25-27). He showed His commitment to us by offering the supreme sacrifice. Jesus Christ is the living example of the kind of commitment partners should share in marriage and the king of commitment we should have toward Him.
  • Marriage teaches sharing and sacrifice. When married people are focused on the needs, happiness and well-being of the each other, it’s remarkable how well they’ll get along. Nether is focused on his or her own wants above the other, but on sharing and sacrificing. Jesus Christ gave His own life, that we might share eternal life with Him in the family of God (Romans 8:29, Hebrews 2:11).
